![]() ![]() Mushihimesama is the “simplist”, as far as mechanics go. I have each, and have played mushi and espgaluda II about 25 hours each. Project Starship X and Ghost Blade aren't bad and could give a few runs of enjoyment, also Danmaku Unlimited 3 if you haven't played that yet. Thunder Force AC and Lightening Force are great for the price, as for others around the $5 mark. Probably 1.0 Ultra, 1.5 Ultra & Ultra MAX.Īs for other games, there doesn't seem to be too much on sale beyond the Darius stuff which depends on how you feel about Darius. 1.5 Original MAX (M, high scoring, yellow rank bullets) 9-99. 1.5 Original MAX (M, not hard-core scoring) 7. I can't find if it was a spreadsheet, website or something so here's a paste: 1. If it helps, once upon a time someone gave out a Mushi mode difficulty list, so an order of modes to go through to get to the most ridiculous. Also if you clear Stage 3 with no-miss I'd argue you're good enough to clear the rest except the TLB if you're playing on Ultra. ![]() Yes, it still gets ridiculous in Stage 5 with the victreebells and the last bit of the final gauntlet, but I personally appreciate having that skill check earlier to see if I'm awake yet or if I should just grind. I would also say because of this it becomes a challenge earlier, specifically stage 3 and reminding everyone why Locusts were so hated in the mid 2000's (see also Gears of War and RE4). Regardless of where you are in the skill spectrum, Mushihimesama has something for everyone and, unlike the other two, the Novice modes don't have auto bomb so there is something to learn even at the easiest level. ![]()
